Mod Activator for 4.11 - Diff FM for 4.11 - TBD Flyable 4.11

First, my thanks Team Daidalos. :D

Second, I can not guarantee his correct working and these files should not cause any problems, but we accept no responsibility if you think it does.

This work was only for personal use, but as some of you have been asked me this work, here you have it.

Also, i'd recommend to make this an ENTIRELY NEW INSTALL so they can keep this version COMPLETELY seperate from ANY OTHER install. and again remind them that this work is totally unsupported by TD, SAS, or anybody else...even us. and that no one should even 'think' of bothering 'those' people if things go wrong or problems arise with it. it's a FUN thing to play with, not an OFFICIAL thing to worry over.

Update.
Basic Mod Activator 0.001 Beta for 4.11m.
I have created a Basic Mod Activator for 4.11.
Now with Generic Mod Enabler by JoneSoft.

Copy the contents of Mod Activator 0.001 Beta for 4.11m folder into of your installation IL2 Sturmovik 1946 4.11.
You should first make a backup of your installation.

il2fb.exe and wrapper.dll files by QTim.
Generic Mod Enabler by JoneSoft.
English and Russian original files by Team Daidalos.

The original sounds are from 4.11, but you can add your own sounds in the MODS folder

Positively SUPER!- Can you do a quick walk thru install & use? I think I get it drop everything into my main 4.11 folder & start installing in Mods folder there use STS instead of SDT files ,right? Test each plane,effect & map as I go along,making sure it works,right? Will most 4.10 mods found here and at SAS work? Just successfully installed & it all looks very familiar & yes there I was flying the Devastaor...great fun! Again WOW& many thanks- so FAST! Had just installed 4.11 yesterday!:D

do NOT drop this into ANY main or present install. it'll likely screw up your old version completely or if it does not you'll still be missing CHUNKS of important things. treat this as a completely NEW thing, outside of any older game versions you've already been using.

copy and rename the 4.11 version you 'now' have working properly. then drop ton's reworked mod-act into that renamed version. that will keep your older mainstream 4.11 safe and secure.

no. most 4.10/4.101 mods will NOT work in this. you're welcome to try them but most, especially the 4.10/4.101 aircraft will NOT work. most 4.09 mods 'will' work however, especially most 4.09 aircraft. i don't know about Mission Pro. no, do NOT replace the buttons file with any current buttons file for UP3, DBW, or any 4.10/4.101 game. if you do, this version will NOT work, or not work right (probably won't run at all.)

this version in it's current make is 'only' for experimentation and fun, it's not in any way to be considered a replacement for stock game, UP3, DBW, or regular versions of Mod-Act. so please consider that... have fun with it, try new things, etc, etc...but for now, don't think it'll replace any of the more sophisticated programs already out there. as a basic, stripped down version of mod-act, it's missing a lot of things that you'd find in those versions.

but stay tuned... who knows what will happen next. :mrgreen:
