an FXEvolution.

FXEvolution V2.2 BETA Mod for ModAct 5.3, engine mod 2.7, 4.12.2 game

All the historical eycandy you love, with only half the calories!

I only added some textures to suit my taste and class files to work with 4.12.

This is a BETA that's only been tested with my install. So I would assume it will NOT work with UP 3.X, DBW 1.X, DBW TFM 4.12, JSMGE, etc.

SAS modact, INSTALL AFTER ENGINE MOD 2.7.

Works in jet war, HSFX 7.x and SAS Modact 5.3/enginemod 2.7/4.12.2 games.

For the BEST experience set TexQual & TexMipFilter to "3" in your config.ini
. This fixes graphics anomalies.

Pretty much a blend of my historical effects mod and SAS~HolyGrails awesome Plutonium effect mod. FPS friendly for lower end machines without sacrificing quality. Gurners long distance mod included.

Becouse this uses Santobr's Guncam Tracers and ricochet mod, in your config.ini add these lines:

TracersPlayer=400
TracersAircrafts=300
TracersWorld=100
TracersWirbelwind=50

Adds FXEvolution HISTORICAL effects to your ModAct 4.12.2 game, without loosing the wonderful effects from 4.12 like skid marks when belly landing.

Figured I'd show some PF stuff. LOVE the smell of napalm in the morning.

Tweaked version of Checkyersix Napalm mod. And yes.. I attack carriers with napalm:

Credits go Checkyersix .. I just tweaked for FPS gain and slightly different visual
effect.

Missle smokes. Thats one tough Japanese carrier. Tiny Tims next?:

Install: Unzip, cut !00_0_FXEvolution_v4.12 and paste in your Mods folder.
click 'yes' to Merge and overwrite when prompted. *can also be applied to
my FXEvolution v4.13 fx pack also. Just cut and paste the contents of this
4.12.2a update into the 4.13 folder.
