This is a stand-alone new aircraft 100% UI 1.1 compatible.

Anyone who's using old AC Installer V3.0, install this buttons file.

Also, anyone who have other aircraft than the ones included on the UI, install this buttons file.

Changes in v2.2: HunInTheSun's All Holes Solved Mod plus Freddy's cockpit textures implemented.

Changes in v2.1: UI 1.1 compatibility reviewed. Takes the very same flight data from UI, ammended with the G14/AS only.

Changes in v2: New flight model, UI 1.1 compatible.

About G6/AS FM if I understand past topic I rmember that those FM is too bad and under real a/c performance. Isn't it ??

The actual G14 FM is only temporary, for a new FM awaits integration.

The stock G6/AS FM isnt "bad", it just doesnt fit ANY real 109 at all. From its performance it is neither a G6/AS which does not have MW50 and still attains a topspeed of 650km/h at 8300m, nor is it a G14/AS that uses MW-50 and reaches 690km/h at 7500m

Our ingame G6/AS uses MW50 and reaches 690km/h at 6000m. No sign of its supposedly high altitude DB605ASM engine at all.

An open question - would the G-14/AS be more likely to have large or small wing bulges?

I understand that apart from *some* G-14/AS being fitted with the larger Fo 987 oil radiator, they were otherwise identical to the G-6/AS.

As we know, the G-6/AS had the small wing bulges unless any survived long enough to be modified; and then I'm sure only if there were sufficient parts or the will to do it. I have not seen any evidence of a G-6/AS with the larger wheels, but this does not mean that there weren't any. I guess any G-14A/S would be more likely to receive the larger wheels, being produced later; but again I have not seen any evidence so far.

That's something Canon_UK pointed out, and we can open this discussion right here to decide what's the most accurate option. The same for loadout, which is the same as G14 so far.

It's a tricky one. I just had a quick sortie in this new machine and was thinking that it is visually different from any of the other 109s, thus nicely representing another of the multifarious incarnations of the machine. Unfortunately, I think it was visually the same as the 109G-6/AS, and just the performance was different.

However, we know that the G-14 was identical to late production G-6s, *but*, it could be produced with a classic or Erla hood, small or big tailfin, lengthened tailwheel, upper wing surfaces squared if wheels were bigger. So, I might guess, and it is only a guess in the absence of photographic evidence, that this may have also applied to the G-14/AS?

If we keep the 14/AS as is, it would be different from the G-6/AS and G-10 by the large wing bulges (LWB), different from the G-14 by the cowling, and different from the K-4 by the mainwheel covers, tailwheel and the antenna. So it's visually unique and most probably historic. I guess the counter argument is that the SWB are potentially more accurate by shorter odds.

I think my vote would go to keep as is, but if that is the case, then you would need to add the later wheels to the mod pack. At the moment they are the early/small ones.

It should definately have small wingbulges as it was the most common type. It could have a tall tailwheel though, that was quite common.

Great job on the mod though, I've been missing a Bf109G-14/AS slot!

I guess I just needed to hear it. I wanted it to look different, but it will basically be a visual G6/AS clone wiht a different FM. In my rambling above I state that this is probably more historically accurate. Oh, it should prob have a long tail wheel then I guess - that's how it will be different from the G6/AS

Pardon my ignorance on the fine details of the G-14A/S, but how does it differ from the G-10? (ignoring the variation in wings, canopies, tailwheels and tailunits present in all latewar 109s)

No probs dude. The first G-14s were identical to end of production G-6s, with the majority fitted with the Erla hood, as already mentioned, but a host of variants very quickly made their appearance (bigger rudder, lengthened tailwheel, bigger wheels with rectagular upper wing surface blisters, different cannon etc.) including the G-14/AS (about 1000 produced), recognisable by its bigger oil radiator. However, even this was not sytematically installed. The plane was otherwise in all points similar to the G6/AS
