puting some effects u can obtain a very realistic photo like this one what do u think? aa sorry that i've copyed the photo without your permision...

Adding diffuse glow to create bloom and then boatloads of contrast and some film grain does not equal realistic, it looks like something straight out of Hollywood. That can be good in some cases but not in others; in any case it can create problems (the smoke looks like it just leapt right out of a badly-compressed Youtube video due to too much contrast with nothing done to compensate). Your style is well-suited to action movies but to be honest it doesn't work out so well with screenshots.

I would suggest some SLIGHT editing of the colour levels, contrast, and lighting before anything else - just gently dodge-and-blur maybe. There's no reason to go all-out every single time.

nuk3m...very poor taste , try to learn some manners please.

this is so true. even in film it can be overdone. and lately its been getting kind of predictable that nuk3m will either post one of his own screens in someone elses thread (or now even alter their screens) in a response to show how he can make a before well-detailed image now a colorless blur of unknown.

stick with your own stuff because IMHO Torero didn't have to change a thing, especially the drastic changes you think necessary to make it look "realistic". This screen is top notch. Big Grin

Wildcat?

Jaypack44

it's an F6F-5 hellcat.
I agree with the rest of you guys, I prefer the "non-realistic" clear, uncontrasted images. A very nice action shot, which smokemod are you using, by the way?

max_thehitman

Personally I really like the original image posted. Most beautiful. With some smoothing of teh jagged edges, it
could pass off as an aviation art print Big Grin Good job good buddy!

Torero

Thanks everybody !! Big Grin Big Grin

And I use this very realistic smoke/fire mod : viewtopic.php?t=11947

Perhaps if he wanted to change it, he would've done so himself...?
