Good pic but the default carriers dont look so good

Ist this a Mod with the carrier lift or it is a photoshop work?

that would be a very cool mod, we could like have a plane land on the lift then press a button to have the lift go down, and for takeoff have planes start below and be pushed up using the button. Nice pic by the way!
