I have ultrapack and my maps disappeared, i have only the stock maps and mapmods, what i have personally downloaded.
I tried to reinstall UP and it shouts about some ************ files are corrupted.

All downloads must be tested for corrupt files. You can use programs like WinRar or 7z to test for curruption. I know that WinRar has a free trial period. Testing for corrupt files is a real time saver.
Also, did you switch on some things in your JSGME Mods Enabler, such as the History Mods? The switcher is needed for some things. Perhaps your maps will appear after you make the switch.

I have so many maps installed that they dont fit in the screen when moving my cursor to Load Map, so could this cause the problem?
Yes, there is a maximum. You could change the order of the maps in your all.ini, and place maps you never use at the end of the list.
