Hey it's really great I love that !! Which texture pack are you using ?

Don't spend too much time in these old ones but in latest files.

There are two versions of prop for F4U-1 : " Paddle blades " ( large ) and this one.

The 4 Bladed version , paddle bladed for F4U-4, F4U-7 will really looks amazing I hope

The static prop uses the original skin from IL-2, I've had to do that the mapping from prop coincide with the skin (and I hate mapping :lol: ). The blades in motion is a mod I made long ago.

Hello guys.

I'm wondering, now I can't use IL2 as I updated it in 4.11 and installed HSFX, but doesn't work. Ton told me the new HSFX version would come very soon, 4.11 compatible

But When ? I'm in summer holidays right now ( I'm student ) So if Ton and Deutchmark are available, new props could be very quick to do ( I plan to do all Hamiltons first, then take a look at german's one etc.. maybe addable later as mods )

Current HSFX (5.0 and bug fix with it) won't work with IL-2 4.11

Yes, Ton is right: HSFX 6.0 is coming soon which will be installed into IL-2 4.11 so hang tight for a little while.

I know better than to rush,but is there any ballpark ETA on this great looking mod , that goes so well with the current cowling mods now available? As mentioned elsewhere in this post my prop is badly bent,and that's not all... :wink:

Not only the 3D looks good, but the texture is undisturbed and blends nicely to adjacent parts.

This team is really good at this work.

Props for F4U ( -1 and -4 variants ), F6F, Avenger,B-17,DC-3, Catalina,B-25,A-20,B-29,B-24, P-47 Are made.

They are in hands of ton and deutschmark I believe.

If it works great, I'll do zero prop, german fighter ones, Mustang one is already really great, some russians fighters got horrible ones ( Yak series .. ) and spitfire one's are also great. I'll see, if the interest is there, ALL planes that need better prop will get one for free !

I have only the ones you see in the picture, the props for F4U (Hamilton Standard Constant Speed Hydromatic Series - 3 Bladed - Static).
