All-Aircraft-Simulations

I created a mission last night and I changed the date to historically correspond to map. When I placed static aircraft on the airstrip and selected the correct country overlapping markings appeared. The default skin for the aircraft (different from the stock default skin) and the default country markings do not match (and default markings were wrong for the time period).

We used to have a skinmod that allowed us to place our choice of default skins for each aircraft. Will this old skinmod work? If so how does it need to be installed? Is there a new skin mod available compatible with the latest version of HSFX?

Well the skin mod works. It let me choose what I wanted for default skins. There is one problem, however, and it only affects the F6F-3 (Late). For all of the European maps my choice of default skin shows up and it also shows up for the MTO map in the QMB. When I choose any map for the PTO the original default skin shows up when I launch the mission even though on the arming page it shows my choice for the default skin. Anybody have an idea what might be causing this? When I check the map files with the .sfs extractor tool it shows the camouflage setting and I have the matching folder created in the skin mod.
