This does not happen often but every now and then this can happen, its something that we did try to pin down and was unable to, we know the cause of it but cant find out why, its done when the program makes the last flight tex file that it has a hiccup sometimes in writing the file and this is the results of it when you go to start the game the next time, the only thing as a work around we have come up with for when it does happen is to go to your situations folder and delete the last flight tex and jpg file then restart the game.
