I don't know when or where either but in the small youtube text-screen they had this forum link talkning about the progress etc : http://forum.1cpublishing.eu/showthread.php?t=3811 perhaps you can dig more out of that if you missed it on youtube.

well, 1C official site was opened (up to degree) for posting/discussing mods from very beginning .... not like Ubi ( understandable) and M4T ( playing safe)

IMHO, if official patch doesn't include new maps as winter Slovakia and some others developed by third party there is real possibility for having them published as mods .... IMHO .

I can't beleive that someone would create such a gorgeous map and not release it, either as mod or patch.

Damn, thanks for the info...

Love the white ground and the green trees, it change of white on white, but it is beautifull.

Should be the only winter map I enjoy to fly on...

Hope a release will come.

Hi all,

here are some screenshots of a winter Slovakia map I made some time ago, waiting for 4.09 final patch release.
Textures are modified stock (they're not very good, 5 min of work for each, just to wait for the real map), all credits are for the Slovakia map team who made an amazing work.

















I didn't work on this map for a long time, there are still things to do to get a good result. I don't plan to work a lot on it, as I said I'm waiting for the final one from Slovakia team.

Well, your 5 minutes of work per texture might very well translate into multiples of 5 hours of enjoyable flying time for others.

The screenshots look wonderful and I am certain many members would love to try out a beta ...
