nvm i Uninstalled IL 2 and i am reinstalling

C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946
and win i alt tab the mouse is ok
o and i got it in the digital store
edit ok i got it moving i 1st ctrl esc 2nd alt tab and it moves
