I dont see anything explaining this on the U.P. site- is this compatible with hsfx 4.1?

UP2.0 is based off and contains HSFX4.1, so it is completly compatible (by simply activating or deactiving the mod). All that is different, is that it has a few additional mods (like the latest version of Zuti Mod) and it deactives the objects related to SEOW.

It has those. It just doesn't include the objects only meant to be for the SEOW campaign stuff. Most notably the radar placeholder objects.
