CK's Hanover 3D Damage Model. - Deutschmark - 14.01.2011

This is the under 3D damage model of the Hanover.
This is what is underneath all CK planes that will show as parts
Get damaged, your seeing it all at once here but in game you would
Only see this on the part that is taking on the damage ie ailerons, outer wings
Inner wings, body. tail and rudder to name a few of the parts,
The first photo is the plane undamaged, the next stage would be a mask for
Built holes, then the next photo is first stage damage, the next photo is second
Stage damage then the last stage would be for the part to brake away from the plane.
Just thought you might like to see this.

Re: CK's Hanover 3D Damage Model. - KG64_Cnopicilin - 14.01.2011

Does the damage model depend of the hit points? Or will it be like Il-2's old one, hit left wing and the right engine falls off?

Hit pionts that are independent of one another.

Well like I said above your seeing it all at once, you would not see it
Like that in game play, you would see a little here and little there and so on.

Re: CK's Hanover 3D Damage Model. - Heinkel-162 - 14.01.2011

Look alright but if I can just say that there are no bullet holes and damage in the front of the top and bottom wing and no damage at all in forward fuselage.

And only 2 damage models, not 3?

No damage on the elevator either, In my opinion the Damage model is not complete.
But I must say the CAP models are nice.

I think it needs abit more work to set a good standard.

And also I wonder about fire damage, if say your engine caught fire will it spread igniting the fabric all over the aircraft?

when you mean "like il2s old one" do you mean before a certain version of the game? because it seems to be pretty accurate to me

It has been patched in 4.09 and 4.10, before it was plain awful.

Well Heinkel your not quite right, yes I have not shown the built holes and
Yes its still a work in progress and there is two elevators there one is done
And one is not, but what your looking at above is not the end caps like you say.
That is what is not being shown there above, here below is the center top wing
Just of the 3D damage model 1 and 2 stage to the end cap.

All, I just thought I would show some work in progress on damage model, when will you
See the full done damage model? is when I show it in game is when you will all see it done.
