#1 make sure you are installing and running this as ADMIN or ADMIN rights on for you login.
#2 make sure you have MS .NET Framework 2.0 installed, download from MS if you don't (very important).
If that doesn't help replace nvapps.xml in nHancer folder with this one.

Let me know but one of these should do it. You may not have updated .NET framework is my guess. You can make sure you have an updated:
MS .NET Framework 1.1
MS .NET Framework 1.1 hotfix KB929729 (if you have Vista 32, check for hotfix number if you use XP)
MS .NET Framework 2.0
and even install MS .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (if you use SP1 Vista) from MS website. Look for XP version if you use XP.
I would recommend all listed .NET versions.
Let me know how this works for you.
I am logged on as admin.
I have net framework 2.0
I will try the nvapps.xml version from the link.

Tick tock tick tock....... final testing is done on b4 version. Looking good. Fireball will be posting it today guys!
Make sure you give detailed feedback so he can make it as real as possible. Detail plane, map, wind, loadout, your version, specs, and anything you can.
Guys that had FPS issues try b4 version when posted.

The replacement nvapps.xml file from your link did the trick letting me install nHancer correctly. Not if I can just figure out what setting I should be using.

Thanks to the Air Group 51 guys for pre-testing it!

This keeps on getting better and better. You need a little right trim to offset the throw to the left. Also lookin at keeping the wheels down like the p-38 does a wheelie. Not a show stopper. This does expand to the games fun. Dogfight static carrier with boost1 seems perfect. Corsair with 100% fuel and 4,000 pounds of bombs will get you at 93 kias at lift. This is with no wind. Thanks again Fireball for a great mod.

Mailman, you shouldn't have to tweek anything. You will see IL-2 in purple text that means it is set good. Yellow text is getting on the edge and Red is very likely to have issues. You need to have your nVidia control panel settings to DEFAULT I think, read what it says in the instructions for control panel settings. You don't need to touch any settings for nHancer but you can go with lower settings but don't go higher. You should see a difference in your FPS and you may even see a little higher quality picture.

Curious...Does this mod conflict with Cert's AI mod?

Awesome.
A Question - RAF_Sharkzz - 15.03.2009
great download by the way.
You mentioned in the updated version that you can place "catapult1" in the MODS section of the mission file. I've never heard of a "MODS" section in a mission file do I need to add that word at the end of one of the mission i make ?, never had to use it before...
or do I just add "[MODS] then underneath that add catapult1 ?
not sure what you mean here ...
but all in all a Great Mod and thanks
