This reminds me way back to as when I was a litle kid.
Waiting hours and hours on the great christmas day for Santa C. to knock on the door.
Ho, Ho, any nice kids around. Waiting for the most beutiful sound.....
Promis I have been the nicest here at home, Pleas give me that new piston engine sound.
Santa! I know you do your best to releas this outstanding tone, I hope your package could be DL soon.

I'm also looking forward to this sound mod. In my eyes, the only thing that lacks in IL2-1946 (& whatever mod) is the sound. I like the gun sound more intense, as well as the in-cockpit and fly-bys.

Can we have an update of this work please? I guess a lot of people are wanting this very bad...
