The Mosquitoes could not be catched by most Luftwaffe fighters, exccept for late war types like Me 262, He-162, and the rocket plane Me-163 Komet.

For your info, The inline FW's could toy with a Mosquitoe quite well if you took the time to look it up...

Here you go, I did it for you and we can see from the specs the FW is faster;

Here are the specs for the AC taken from Wikipedia.

Is that a fact now? LOL. More then half of these Mosquito kills were by.. now wait for it.. BF 109 day and night fighters.
