Avala I am afraid the problem lies within the drivers of nVidia (or ATI maybe if you have radeon).

I think that is an artefact from the anisotropy algoritm. I have same issue and I remember once it was a discussion on the perfection of anisotropig filtering algoritms from ATI and nVidia and ATI had the best one... cause they were cheating less :lol:

Very well, with little help with technicalities from friends Ranwers and Charlie Chap.
IL2 models and texture mapping is something very illogical. I also have found something that can make canopy persplex look like you are in real plane. Maybe not real but more realistic then now.

I can almost hear whiners right now: “We want our old crystal clear (and unrealistic) canopy baaack”

Avala that spit cockpit looks great?

Although I was wondering-is it possible to add the semi-circular gunsight from the Beaufighter into the early spit or hurricane cockpits? Just a thought.

Somebody can design a Gladiator cockpit with british gauges to replace the swedish cockpit of J8A's or even to make the AI Gladiators flyable ones? Thanks.

It is possible; I will see will that be. First it will be Mkv.

Small atmospheric update; although I said I will not stil this thread anymore, but there is the girl also Some parts are new, and canopy also on that screenshot.
