Is there any chance of fix for the F-51, it seems the cockpit lags a bit, enough so to make it hard for gunnery, out side, it don't lag, but inside it have trouble

the shockwave isn't always visible, the only thing you'd hear from a certain distance would be the bang, while inside everything just goes quieter..

I downloaded the update, but I'm afraid to screw up the previous installation which was a bit tricky! What do I have to overwrite of the old pack?

Quite contrary. The period the shockwave is visible in is called transonic. You can accelerate to that speed and have a constant shockwave visible. Based on the aircraft's rate of acceleration, the shockwave is seen for a shorter or longer period. Aircraft can accelerate through this period fast enough that it appears no shockwave forms.

Btw,the shockwave visibility depends above all on air density:you are more likely to see the transonic shockwave at low altitudes that at high ones..

So I understand it wasn't tested with 4.09m and I guess nor with HSFX 4.1 or UP 1.8 (2.0)?
In what way is the FM folder expect to affect the other planes? If it does affect...
Could we have a lite version of the mod in which the cockpits are attached to standard HSFX 4.1 Sabres and MIG 15s?
And finally... now that Korea mod is released... can we hope for 47s?

It is now tested with HSFX ... And it works .... But ... Be very careful : there is a big problem using any jet with these packs ... The problem is not from the HSFX , the problem is in the 4.09 patch !
It seems all the FM are changed , not just the FM for Corea , but all ... And now , the jets are very wrong with this pack , not just the mine , but all ...
It s necessary to find a fix , or you have to forget the jets if you use the 4.09 , it s just ridiculous ...
The best and the only way for this moment is to play with 4.09b1m if you want to fly in Corea ...
And in my opinion , it s the same for ww2 and the propellers ...

The guys at SAS said the same... darn.... I guess they did played with the FMs for 4.09m finel isn't it? :lol:

Actualy , you have to know if you fly with the 4.09 pach , all your FM are wrong ... The only way is to keep the 4.09b1m

Yes it s repaired ...
You can dowload the buttons on the forum ....
I ve made a buttons for the UP 2 but wait to use this mod with this pack
...
I ve found a fix for the FM in these packs ( not uploaded ), and I reworked some java class to hear the pilot breath in the oxygen mask when he gets overG , and sounds when ejecting ...etc ....etc ...
But for now , the best option for Corea is 4.09b1m
