the all.ini you created doesnt works so you got the old list in FMB
redownload the Balaton mod, I added a propher all.ini file because others reported this too

- elephant - 12.11.2007

This was not the problem as I got a proper all.ini from fly_zo.
The problem was that the maps/all.ini text was missing from filelist.
I figured it out myself, but please you map mod guys, be more precise in your installation details. :? (fly_zo's instructions were missing this detail too. It may be looks elementary to you,but we are not all experts here)
Thanks Smile

PS now that  deSAD managed to open the tga files you could do something for the default desert airfield texture isn't it? not to mention the Bf109, Stuka cockpits!

All.ini 4 everybody - Vpmedia - 12.11.2007

Now I remember that I got my all.ini extracted from a sfs file.
Sorry, I started the map modding only 2-3 days ago and I wasnt thinking that this could be a problem.

- fabianfred - 12.11.2007

I still cannot get this to show in FMB???

filelist includes..

maps/SandsofTime/vp_load.ini

maps all.ini includes...

SandsOfTime SandsOfTime/vp_load.ini

what am i doing wrong?

- Username - 12.11.2007

Yes, this was a bit of a pain to sort out. In the maps folder make a folder called SandsOfTime. In it place:

vp-load.ini
vp_map_h.tga
vp_map_T.tga

In the all.ini file add:
vp_SandsOfTime SandsOfTime/vp_load.ini

In filelist.txt add:
maps/all.ini
maps/SandsOfTime/vp_load.ini
maps/SandsOfTime/vp_map_h.tga
maps/SandsOfTime/vp_map_T.tga

You can compare Online MT with SandsofTime to see VPMedia's new textures.
I like them a lot, but I wonder if they are really more realistic? Are they based on photographs or guesswork? I know Tunisia has a marshy zone near its main port and is a lot greener than people imagine, but are the foothills of the Atlas Mountains (in Algeria) really as green as Vps new textures?

- Vpmedia - 13.11.2007

Sandsoftime:
these are textures of other maps and the desert is very wip, but I doubt that I will continue.
not bad in ~10 minutes right?

- Username - 13.11.2007

Actually quite brilliant. I'd be sorry if you didn't continue. Cry

- lowfighter - 15.11.2007

And a big thank you for the Lvov map posted in the sticky map thread. The textures fit nicely, very pleasant to fly! 8)

- Vpmedia - 16.11.2007

I'm aware of that little error, noticed it yesterday..can be corrected in a second, will do it today. Thanks for the feedback anyway!

I know that Veszpr

- reflected - 19.11.2007

Have you corrected the runway?

Also I noticed, the terrain looks much more realistic than before...have you changed the textures?

- Vpmedia - 19.11.2007
