It should work for fire effects too.

please could you post screenshot and more explanation how to reach this in files? what parameters EXACTLY and where to change? thank you.. 8)

look in 3DO/Effects, theres weapon effects there. Along with airplane effects and such, i cant post a screen shot at this time.
the settings u need to change from what i rember, were livetime - Make sure its negitive.

theres another one that has to do with end time or something. Change it higher, or lower.
