just a fast question, do I install the map mod tools in il21946 folder or somewhere else

where are weapons files

like fire rate, explosion damage ect

wanna mod these on non online comp, hate the super fire rates of 20mm and bigger guns, no worries, i won't use these mods online, IS THERE CONFIGURATION FILE AND IF SO WHICH ONE

there will be no discussions regarding Weapon changes Flight model changes nor Damage model changes !!!!!
