i will have a look at having multiple sounds for a dive at different speeds, got some experience with the prs having done some engine sounds and dive sounds. Now if some one has already acquired a howl then please send it my way. Other than that i will have to take it from that video and try and extract parts of it with out the commentator in.

ive got a howl but not in a Merlin or well not even a V set up engine
ive got some boomers sounds if that could help

Whatever happened to this?
I would like a very authentic Mustang Merlin sound (Spitfire too) and authentic dive sounds, with the howl if authentic. Apparently it is. I assumed when I saw the video that it might be a supercharger or something. Whatever causes it, the Spitfire doesn't produce that sound.
The laminar wing should not cause this...if anything it might be quieter, since, be definition, it has non-turbulent airflow over more of the wing. 8) :twisted:
