I say this works great with the smoke mod!Oh! made new discovery.THIS fixes the planeshine mod that presented fuzzy pictures on some of the american planes.

I think I have a mod conflicting with this one. My fire doesn't look nearly as good as your screenies.

Yes, They share same texture (FireMkII.tga)

As far as i know , burning plane uses DamageFire.tga texture, not FireMkII, you can copy your FireMkII.tga from Jaypack's44 wonderful mod, then rename it to DamageFire.tga and paste in MODS/3eye's smoke mod/3do/Effects/Textures folder

actually, the fire texture is the same as the explosion- they are both firemkII. I'm not sure what the damagefire.tga is for.

You are making a mistake. Planeshine has nothing to do with that, or this mod.

Does it work good together with 3rdeys Smokemod and Stuka 40s explosions & buldings on fire mod ?
I dont want to loose 3rds smoke lines and stukas new explosions when a plane hit the ground

this shouldn't affect any of the mods- it only changes the textures of the fire, nothing else. So, smoke will not be affected, and I don't think that it will affect the plane hitting the ground, because when I tested it, the ground explosion appears to use a different texture.

but thirdeyes smoke mod also seem to use a new fire texture
will these new mod overwrite it and use the new cool fire texture
maybe someone could create a youtube video of that
some guys saying its looking not so cool as on the screenshots
