This will be a nice and interesting map, but you should rework the roads, sometimes they are running directly in a slope. The same with the fields. Flatten the landscape here or better relocate roads and fields.

To find the slopes in map_h you can use the sobel filter in gimp (The adjustable one, there are two in gimp 2.4, not shure about gimp 2.6)
