Has this mod been accepted into any of the mod packs as far as you know? If so, which ones, please?

Well, this is a finished mod, I did it for the 4.09m beta, as I know it works with other versions as well, just the new added aircraft in each version of game will remain with unmoded propellers.
I have no idea if it has been accepted into other mod packs! you may ask those who have made the packs or those who use them.
