Some lovely pre war aircraft to be sure.. but hopefuly the modders won't get too distracted with this period until we have all the much needed WWII types..

I wish I knew how to distract them for planes like these. These planes may not be fast and powerful like WWII types, but they have a very specific je ne sais quoi feeling to them, something romantic and old-fashioned while still being pioneers in the field and trying out new ideas and designs ... and how esthetically pleasing they are to the eye ...

There is already a 1936 conflict simulated in iL-2, that is between China and Japan.

There were other conflicts, such as the Spanish Civil War... the actual prelude of WW2... a really interesting period.

Please go ahead with the project.

Is this a big request page then, because thats what it looks like.
And anyhow, most modders are currently involved in the WII project, Canvas Knights.
Can we please drop our guns and wait for them to unveil their new projects, not ours. :wink:
