I'd rather prefer to see a period acro plane, something like the Pitts Special (first flown 1944) or Bu-133 Jungmeister

Deac,
The Halifax is done,
The spitfire XIVe is done
The Lanc is WIP
EDIT: Seafury's are done too, just on SAS.
One plane you have all MISSED
is one plane which needed to be included, first allied Jet fighter:
British:
Gloster Meteor.
- Guest - 27.09.2009
No, the XIVc is done, not the XIVe... I've listed several other WIP planes, because they haven't actually been released yet. I haven't seen the Halifax, so I may have missed that one and I know my list is nowhere near complete... Read the British list again, you'll see the Meteor and it's cousin the Ace listed...
Edit:
I found the Halifax, but no Seafury... I've updated the list adding some and removing the Halifax...
- ISO 1994-17/07 - 15.10.2009
The Westland Whirlwind is WIP at RAF662 ...
- DaC - 16.10.2009
Avia S-99/199 would be interesting
Avia S-92 = Me 262 a1 in grey
CS-92 = twin seater Me 262 ... if they made one, it would be great
- stansdds - 17.10.2009
Since it has not been mentioned, but has been begged for ever since Pacific Fighters was released...
Vought F4U-4
The F4U-4 served in combat during the last three months of WW II and throughout the Korean War. Even though the F4U-5 was faster, most pilots felt that the F4U-4 was the best of the Corsairs.

Correct - give that man a cigar!
This would be a very significant addon historically and for the gameplay of the sim. I would not want anything else, honest.........
