The thing that chaps my hide the worst is that while emailing back and forth with UBI tech support, they just kept harping on the fact the Win 7 was not supported and their best solution was 'we can only recommend that you install and play the game on a PC that meets the requirements listed on the bottom of the game's box.'

Silly, since the mods on their own forums were referring people to quite a different solution via PM. Go figure...
