OK - after export to Gimp, save as TGA & next open in Irfan and save as ICO - working :lol: :twisted:

No need to do all that. Simply take the original 256x256 file from fly_zo, open it in GIMP, then use the Scale Image feature and resize it to 48x48. Save the new file and it works in XP.
