in the third or 4th mission a bunch of F-51s slam into a hill when taking off. they don't get enought alt to clear it.
that's the only flaw with this mission. other than that, it is bloody excellent.
it's one of the best i have seen posted here. please keep the korean missions coming.

So use SAS buttons 4.8 (they are in my download) - they will do the job well.

i just went into FMB and dropped the fuel load on the F-51s back to 50 per cent. they clear the hill when taking off now.
unfortunately they all got shot down when attacking the target :roll:

I have an error on loading second mission, it says:
"Mission loading failed: Mission: section 'usa0100' not found"
I had tryed to change regiment in notepad, but it dosen`t help

Great mission that first one Cracken.Thankyou for taking the time to do this for everone who enjoys this era.
However when I try the first mission for Lt Col Gabby in Korea I get a Mission Loading error at 48%.
Mission Loading failed HOOK_MGUNDUMP01 not found.So I did some checking and loaded this mission up in FMB,still got the same error which is no suprise but the second mission in Korea loads okay in FMB :?
Am I missing some thing an object perhaps?

Hi, are you sure you both have Ultrapack 2 or HSFX 4.1? It should work OK for both packs... The fisrt issue of TAPAC5 is something to go with the regiments. I have no idea what the latter problem is... Perhaps something cocnerning graphics - try using "safe settings", that could be it.

Be sure to have HSFX 4.1 or UP 2.0 installed (at least, as those packs have been recently updated).
You need to have Canon's Channel map installed + Korea map either by 3BG or Checkyersix.

Download Ultrapack 2.01, hope I will not get banned for saying it here, or just play the campaign with 3BG Korea map - there is the same campaign with a different map in the same download, it works with Ultrapack 2.
If you check the US campaign roster properly you will find "Gabby in Korea CY6 map" or "Gabby in Korea 3BG map", choose the latter.
Or instal the CY6 Kiorea mpa manually:

I'm new to using JSGME and HSFX4.11
Anyone know how I install this campaign using JSGME?? I like the simplicity of JSGME, once one has installed a MOD (Campaign?). If one encounters significant glitches, such as mentioned in this thread, it seems very easy to just De-activate the MOD (Campaign?) in JSGME...rather than manually 'cleaning up' many files in 3 or 4 separate folders.
Any advice or help will be appreciated.

when loading the first mission, it freezes at 23% for about 30 seconds, gets to around 50%, then crashes.... i bet i would like it, i'll try to remove the buttons, besides, i dont think it does anything.
