Nope, as for your question. But "Zwo" is a rather common practice of naming the digit "2" in German, even today. Even in everyday, civilian use (at least where I come from).

as already pointed out by a fellow german here - the actors doing the german speech actually are Geraman and there are absolutely no errors in their spoken texts.
all that is said actually can be said like it is said.
Maddox even tried to get some actory doing their local dialects. which maybe makes it sound odd to non-native speakers. I actually miss some pretty common ones like a bavarian tone
but all this is real and correct German
zwo in stead of zwei is common radio practice to avoid confusion with drei (three) - often also used on the phone when saying numbers of, say, a telephone number.
