Yes, I already told you.

ghostil Wrote:How to keep the scale of import in 3d max?
This imy settings in msh converer.

If you import objects from IL-2 to 3d Max, they are already scaled.
Yes, This are the right settings for MHSConverer. but when you import 3ds files to 3ds Max, do not forget to uncheck the box "Convert units".

How can I reduce ramzer bone to insert it in the leg model?
I want to move your feet in 3d max.
If I insert because right now I have a bone takes all the vertices.

Here is what I have coming out.

You could use the Scale tool to make it, and Attach, for attachment to the leg model.
Maybe the best way to work with the mesh is as "Editable Poly", you have a large number of tutorials on Youtube.

Tell me one more thing, where is the plane of the forest which is applied to the texture map file?

I think so far nobody knows it. :roll: By the way, congratulations your progress in your animated soldiers. 8)

If you mean how to open RWA files, the answer is Adobe Photoshop.

Sorry ghostil, do not understand what you're asking me, do you're wondering me where are the textures of the soldiers?, or you're asking me something about the mapping?.

I want to find the plane of the forest.
I translate in Google so it can not properly deal.

Wood0 = forest/summer/forestGr.tga
Wood1 =
Wood2 = forest/summer/ForestFar.tga
Wood3 =
This only path for texture for Wood.

As change this Plane???

Re: My questions on modeling - ton414 - 11.08.2013

Ah, OK, now you're talking about maps and forest textures.

ForestFar.tga

Here you have all summer forest textures I have.

I recommend you use the SFS Extractor to find all into IL-2.
To change the plane, try to change the forest textures in the load.ini file, but I'm really not a specialist in maps.

Re: My questions on modeling - stuka_40 - 11.08.2013

Perhaps you want to change on forest appearance in the game, Well as I said nobody knows where these .msh files (plate or as you say "plane")are yet, likewise no one knows where. msh files that builds up the clouds or draw roads and railways, or bid up the cube (the sky) are, so far these are undiscovered parts in the game.but I think it's the same plate (. msh) file that the game engine uses to build the entire landscape, but when it builds up the forest, it stacks same .msh file in 5 separate layers to simulate forest trees, and when the textures (wood0 to wood4) with alpha channel added to these 5 layers, forest is formed, which is one of the worst things in this game!
last year I used "PE Explorer" to look inside il2_core.dll and il2_corep4.dll to get some information and find where these file was hidden but not so much luck!!

There are information inside these .dll files which could be useful for someone who knows about dll files and dll programming who can break out them for more knowledge about the hidden parts of il2.
