The cockpit is nice, but isn't the pilot's head position a bit high?
If it is downed a bit, maybe it could reduce the problem ot the wing disappearing (or maybe not... )

I think you're right if the pilot position could be a little bit more down it will be more realistic and maybe help to solve the upwing disapearing problem...
