I must have done something wrong...I can only get the boxes at a new height to show in the FMB..???

look in 3do/Trains/Prvz or PrvzB ...where you got your wagons from

I made a mistake packing folders

"Rail" and "Brit Iron" folders should be in Buildings folder, not nested down in Vehicle Extras Cut and paste them there (I'm uploading corrected zip).

Trucks and Buses should still show though. (ADD TO file was copied straight from my static.ini so all should work once those 2 folders are moved)

Few questions about your mod :

- Are your TGA more heavy than OLEG TGA ?
- Are your skin only for static objects, or moving objects ?

Hi res @ 1024 , but can be scaled down with Gimp etc . Rememberno compression


Standard skins:-

Some vehicles are 512 or 256 and most buildings 256 or less

med res varies in-game . most buildings 128 or 64

lo res - usually 32


In most cases I'm doing 1024 - 256 - 64
I've got a sandbox mission which is now massively populated with new skins , and only now am beginning to see an increase in load time. Framerate seems to be holding up too. You may see a drop if you are close to a lot of objects (but that tends to happen anyway).

Should be negligible in a normal mission.

BTW my PC is as old as FB and had as many add-ons :wink:

An another question, I saw in you pictures a turquoise car. I can't find it in your MOD. It is normal ?

Looking good there.
At the moment you can substitute a custom skin in the Cars folder (for moving), or clone new object in Buildings folder.

The Ford Prefects not finished.
