i don't get it .... why you don't switch to AAA UI sounds ? They are much more advanced and all future mods will be compatible . I'm talking here about just using sound part of AAA UI ( not whole installation ) but i would suggest to switch completely on AAA UI , though ( it may save you from all sorts of compatibility problems in the future )
.... it's your choice

Why is any sound modification required?
Can't we have a modded game without using any sound mod?
What if we want the flyables, maps, etc., but not the new sounds? Or did I miss something (most likely)

BTW, i'm involved in law suit with MB for two years now .... they fired my a** just because i've broke my spine ( well, dislocated few discs actually ) while on the job , working overtime ..... but i won't hold that against you
no hard feelings here

I don't work for Mercedes. I do drive one, (made in Sindelfingen -- did you work there?) and the forum I moderate is a Mercedes "enthusiasts website" called MBWorld.org created by an aftermarket performance tuner company in southern California. 80,000 members.
Anyway, I do understand what you go through, as I have the same issues at MBWorld.
Good to hear there's no hard feelings! Cheers, mate.
