I have to agree- I think that this mod looks better than Oleg's, but it could still look a lot better.

Anything about the bright yellow lighting? (I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with the muzzle flash textures, I think it is its own separate lighting effect. you could test this by making all of the muzzle flash textures transparent so they don't show up and then firing your guns)

That brightness seems as if the reflection is still keyed to the original muzzle flash...
