The MG Hits effect mod 1.2 has a firemkII.tga in it
i will first install the MG hit mod, than yours

I've tried Jaypack's mod with both Stukas 40 mod and smokemod installed.....they work with no problems together, nothing to worry about

So this mod replace the fire in 3rds mod....and I dont need to change some files or rename them

no need to change or rename somethin....but you should put Jaypack's mod folder before smokemod folder(and before any other folder which has FireMkII.tga in it) because game reads mods in alphabetical order

how do I edit the line the game opened the mods.......i mean how do I put them in front of 3rdeyes mod ?

hock: no lines ...go into il2 main folder then open MODS folder and put there Jaypacks mod before 3d eyes mod...thats all :wink:

I get FireMkII.tga, but what is FireMkII
V.tga supposed to do? Shouldn't it be DamageFire.tga instead?

When I remeber right, i only renamed firemkII, not the one you stated
rename it in damegefire and copy it into 3rds

I actually have no idea. it might not even be used at all. It was just another file in my hit effect mod folder, which is what I used to figure this one out.

If have make a copy of firemkII,rename it into damagefire.tga and copy it into the effects folder of 3rdeyes mod, replacing his one with this.....then you get the great smoke of 3rd together with the cool new fire texture of this mod.......looking really great togehter !!!!!
