Are these textures compatible with the older ATI cards or will I get the same effect as with Buffy's Flaks when not using the 32x32 flame file?

Greetings how do you get the new cockpits to show up. I have treid every thing all i see are the game cockpits not the new ones Thanks Shark Out!
