A small update for those who like the Google Map overlay for the startup map. Here are overlays in a similar fashion made for the Dakar and Madagascar maps.

Instead of Google Maps, this time the overlay was taken from Yahoo Maps.

Download the file, unzip and then put the files inside of each map directory, into the respective map directory you already have installed. Backup the original ed_m01.tga and ed_m02.tga files and then copy and overwrite with the new ones.

It's just eye-candy, but it gives a different look to the maps when you start them up. I myself find that the Dakar map looks far better with the Yahoo maps overlay

Superb work! I will try them soon. I have just finished the campaign for the Aleutians - will release it within a few hours.

So we can now make a global Vichy campaign - we have Indochina (a campaign has already been created by Mission_bug), Dakar, Madagascar, Lebanon and Syria (in the works)! Great so the last thing I would like to have is French Algeria + Gibraltar - the battle of Mers El K

Installed and flied, work well. To fly over northern hills in Mozambico map
is very nice, the landscape really reminds Africa
