Why?
Where is the fun in that?
What if people like discussing things?
We weren't assuming... we where theorizing.
1 thing is for certain, My PC
WILL run this game maxed out so anything I say is purely for conversational purposes.

It's all fine, bro. Yes, we're just discussing these things
However, for me the optimization of what I have is veeery fun. Added to that, it is very much fun to learn new things and builds character resulting in even more enjoyment with breadth, depth, and height of character edification. Truely, it is good for the soul. Ooops! Sorry for going a bit over the top with the philosophy behind it. I tend to sometimes get a little carried away.
So, there are two major aspects of what the fun is in this.

Brother,
What we are asking is: how do you know that your rig will maximize Storm of War?
:?:
The increase in the amount of data to be processed is clear in the screen captures by Turul.

That's like saying compared to halo 1 halo 3 has an increase in the amound of data to be processed.. it doesn't mean anything.
Photoshop has an increase in amount of data to be processed compared to paint, again it means nothing..
I very much doubt there engine requires more then Cryengine 2 maxed out would.

It's all speculation. You can't know until the game is out and been patched a few times.
Yes, philip.ed, this is our point-exactly - Fireskull - 21.02.2010

Yeah, so did I.

Sorry, I call it spouting off.. If there is real proof that his rig will play SoW maxed out I for one want to see it, and so will alot of other people. It will set minds at rest and allow people to budget for their next computer.
If that fact can be substanciated then I'll take my hat off to him and bow down on one knee with gratitude.. if not, then it's just someone talking through his hoop.

...you would be the ultimate hero of AAA!
We are not trying to bash you. We appreciate your contribution to AAA. We
also have a brain like you, however.
I really doubt if
1C: Maddox Games would know what the graphics requirements will exactly be since they will continue working on Storm of War for months.

However, I'd bet money that the best rig available now will run SoW reasonably; that much is common-sense
