Hi stratodog. Thanks for great campaign. I have a little trouble:i play with U.P.2.0Npatch, mods enabled Exe512-6dof but ZUTI MODS DISABLED. I have at the mission-end Briefing this error "The instructionat 0x0fca0a57 referenced memory at0x143f8168. The memory could not be "read" but i save the mission and i go at the next mission. In my conf ini text compr 2 and enabled s3tc and quick mission with channel i don't have any trouble. Perhaps I have enabled the ZUTI mod in the first mission? And what version(1.1, 1.2)? :???: Anyway great work!

Hello. Not sure what could be happening here. There shouldn't be any Zuti issues with the missions, all of the zuti instructions in the .mis files should be ignored with the zuti mods disabled. So I don't think it's a zuti mod issue. If you want to try it, you could enable any version of the zuti mod to test for a difference.

Thanks for quick reply.I'll try with zuti enabled. One cold beer

This has been interesting. Last sortie, the Leader got himself shot down by bf 110's. Both his wingmen failed to survive. My wingman and I are the only 2 spitfires to RTB. I got credit for one 110, who flew all the way back to France, but then going into the landing pattern crashed his ship which wasn't even smoking, I must have wounded him badly. Next mission is 22 Aug. I'm looking forward to seeing some 109's again.

Funny, I felt the same way about those dang 110's, I hate those stinking rear gunners, they're way too good and there's nothing I could do about it (they're already rookies). Even though the 109s are tough and there are always too many of them I started looking forward to a good old melee with some 109s after a few fights with the 110s.

HI stratodog, The problem of memory error is probably due at 512-exe 6dof (Jsgme enabled U.P.2.0). Reversed at original exe no memory error. Great campaign. Thanks

Sounds like a missing object from the Cannon Channel map. 23% is where it loads the static objects so if there is an error message it may be a missing static object. Not sure how to help you on that.

Anyone got any pictures with the massive bomber formations?
I'm just waiting till I can download Ultrapack so I can play this, download is so big I will cap out my internet- very frustrating!

Keep at it trademe900, it's worth it.
As for the massive bomber formations, I tried to keep the sizes of the formations down as much as possible in order to make the missions work on more peoples computers. That being said, there are some large and (I think) rather intimidating formations. I hope you like it.

hey mate, after much hassle with corrupt downloads and various errors (string error 1, russian paratroops) i've got it working and I just want to say thanks so much! Absolutely fantastic!!! I would love to see the reports you based these missions off...
Re: New Historic BoB Spitfire campaign - Seanmick - 19.07.2010
Hi All,
I have loaded UP2.01 and it works fine so far but I have been having some issues getting the "Nine Lives" campaign running. It seems like a really excellent piece of work and I would like to sort out my problem.
After installing it, the map loads ok and a "Stand-By" box then appears saying "Mission loading" but it stalls at this point. On cancelling the box, I can still start a mission but the lower half of the screen is blue, no aircraft etc. The upper half scenery seems ok and the sound is fine.
I have also used FMB to set up a small single spitfire take off/land mission from the Cannon BOB 1940-1941 map and it seems to be ok.
Any help really appreciated.
Many thanks.
