Bombs add weight and that means it takes more for the plane to do something like reach a faster speed or even a longer take off run.

so that is why if i load a plane (example: B-17 ) with no guns and just bombs, it will be heavy?

Update,
Pits are in and done and the rest of the plane and its flight model are done now just
waiting on some nice skins by OC Tiger to be finished and then it will be put out for download.
