Istvan, I don't know if this tga,2 works with all textures (I know it works only with fields1 or2, this I've tested), and maybe it's also not the lowlands but midlands which have the "suplementary" trees?
But this would be cool to figure out anyway for further applications, it's a mistery to me, maybe a goldmine. As for myself, I don't have problems with those "suplementary" trees and actually enjoy them quite a lot!

NO, I think that ,2 is placement of the texture. You could write ,2 or ,-2 too.
The texture application move by left or right ...

Ok, I tested it and its working.

First I only added the ',2' to these two lines below, and checked the results.
Which were that there were no trees on mid-green and brown fields but the autumn fields sill had trees.

then I also added the ',2' to the autumn fields and checked the results

Adding ',2' removed auto generated trees everywhere, only few left. Usefull knowledge.

My final conclusion is that my Balaton map has the same amount of trees as before and the amount of trees corresponds reality.

Everybody can remove trees if he got fps problems using the described method.
