I went with these after a few tries.

.25 Ambience

.88 Defuse

I thought it made for some good night time or dusk/dawn settings.

edit: i might also mention that i don't have perfect settings and hardware shaders are not available on my system. I'd be interested in seeing how these look with perfect settings.

I had the link, but I've lost it too...

search for a moon-mod. It was in a post by Fisneaky Try and search his posts using the word 'moon'
