Exactly, from what i saw we are close. Lets fix the things that can be fixed now and be historically accurate. Then once the 3d converter is done, let the new planes fly.

I'm not quite clear from the drawings posted here whether the Barracuda had any dihedral on the wing top surface. Some drawings seem to suggest it had a couple of degrees, others make it look as though the top surfaces were at zero degrees, with all effective dihedral on the lower surfaces only.

Re the wings: I see in the Pilot's Notes that this machine had two remote fire extinguishers, one in the port wing, the other in the starboard for the respective tanks.


Edit: needs a few windows cut into the new keel.
