Very impressive! I like your work.

Perhaps you should post a separate WIP topic for the tanks and other stuff? We could also merge them into a combined Ground Forces WIP topic. What do you think? Is it too early for that? Perhaps you have reasons for doing it the way that you did.

OK here are some fix-its for some of the problems, just unzip backup and replace all. Any problems just ask here and someones bound to help if I dont get back to you right away. I have very little time devoted to these as is, and may have to quit modding, although I do love doing them.

These problems are of simple corrections the were over looked due to the large amount I released, taking lot of time to checking them all.
Maybe in future I will release smaller ones, Thanks for you patients thou, much appreciated guys.

Hi all:

Am I the only one with the floating Diamond T and the missing driver head parts?

Oh, and I found that putting the Studebaker truck in made a lot of vehicles either disappear altogether leaving just their shadows, or part of vehicles disappeared leaving things such as fenders and frames only.

Hey bud, sorry it not working for you, but on that note ,depends on your rig, ( low, med, high end) if it an older low to med ,then you cant use multiple detail objects of this nature on a map, that sort of thing will happen,as on my low to med rig, on my higher end gig with much faster graphics card it works great with multiple objects. However when I have time I will look at the vehicle and see what I can do.

I would like to add that these mods might work in modest numbers on a simple terrain with not many objects and aircraft.

Ironically, having graphics settings too high or too low can cause some parts of objects to not be rendering. When the system is forced to choose between higher priority features and lesser priority objects, it will sometimes leave objects unfinished in the rendering. This can happen with graphics settings either too low or too high.

Graphics Card: BFG GeForce GTX 850 w/1024MB GDDR3
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate

I have the graphics set to perfect in the game. I've never had any problems since I built this thing 11 months ago. Oh well...

That system should be able to run any mod very well. Few IL-2 fans have a computer as capable as yours.


A couple guides are here for you to use. In the first one, look for everything on page 3 that says "Absolute Best Image" settings:
