P38 bits any use?

This is probably so glaringly obvious, so much so that its probably one of the first things you tried...
But: have you tried simply using "two engines"...? So as far as the game knows, its got two engines, one turns one way, one the other (like Fisneaky suggested, the P-38...)...
I'm sure, if that works, that people wouldnt mind having to toggle two engines...

Yep, but hanks for help Magpie. We have got both props spinning using 2 engines about a week ago but now we have to get them spinning in oposit directions

how about the learch engines or the 38 engines
or the me 323 engines?

Which the p38 engines do.

guys its not as simple as just starting off with a plane that has props that rotate in opposite directions it's quite a bit more complicated

RAPTOR PLEASE STOP TELLING THEM STUFF. you dont know anything about this mod or what we are and arent doing. The guys are trying to help and we appreciate it, we dont need you to tell them.

lol absolutly!
Now, as we were saying before we were rudely interupted... There must be values, particularly on the likes of the P-38, which tells what engine to turn which direction... I'm presuming it wouldnt just jump out and bite you; but what we were getting at is: is it possible to simply use all the data from the P-38, and then re-edit it to spit standards, to achieve your spit....?
- Guest - 28.03.2008
not realy that simple m8. we've even tried putting the spitfire in the P38 slot so it uses the java class file and it didnt work
- PeterD - 28.03.2008
how about flipping it? ie, rotate it 180 deg in the z axis
- Guest - 28.03.2008
LOL, your a mind reader. Its exactly what were doing
