Yes, but only in Java.

Do any of the effect mods & theis static ini.s with in the big folder conflict with mods from 1.1 or other mods made available since this package was first offered?

- fabianfred - 04.06.2009

this very old mod now....i would expect many problems if you just try to use these ini files now......

but the effects are still workeable....ask my advice on how to incorporate these into your own present set-up

Any Objects in the static.ini can have their strength individually tailored simply by altering the value for the Panzer setting .....
I believe Lal_Rone individually set the Panzer strength for his bunkers in his fortifications mod pack

Sorry Fred i can't find it either.

Any chance of getting this mod updated? We got some new B-25 strafers and a new PNG map arriving soon, if updated, this mod would tie in very nicely.

Bump. Would love to see a comprehensive ground object damage models mod.

- fabianfred - 08.10.2009

This mod was made back in the days when everything was new and experimental.....

to alter the hardness of Objects.... change their Panzer value in the static.ini
to alter the hardness of AA guns on ships...open the ships.ini and adjust the settings at the top like this.....
// Gun Durability

[strength_GunTiny]
MinShotCaliber 0.00762
NumShots 1
MinHitExplTNT 1
NumHitExpl 1
MinNearExplTNT 2
NumNearExpl 1

[strength_GunSmall]
MinShotCaliber 0.0127
NumShots 1
MinHitExplTNT 4
NumHitExpl 2
MinNearExplTNT 8
NumNearExpl 2

to see how to make new vehicle/tank columns....see my chiefs.ini at my download site

also..to add damage models to trees...see an example of my own static.ini from my download site

to see what to add to static a/c to give them a secondary explosion and smoke.... see my technics.ini at my download site

we cannot do this work for you and release a package anymore...nowadays there are too many differences in peoples ini files.... some have the shippack2...some not....etc. etc.

Thanks for the tips. I've been poking around some of these files. What does "panzer subtype" indicate?

[quote]/ Panzer's thickness (in meters). For pure artillery objects
// you can specify 'PanzerBodyFront' only.
PanzerBodyFront 0.05
PanzerBodyBack 0.05
PanzerBodySide 0.05
PanzerBodyTop 0.05
PanzerHead 0.05
PanzerHeadTop 0.05

PanzerSubtype 0 ; 0 - 7 [b]
