I have just downloaded and tried this mod for the first time. It is my now favourite effects mod without a doubt, well done. It makes me feel like I am flying in a scene from "Dark Blue World".

Is the actual version working for the MG 151 ??

I have tested the yesterday version this morning, these weapons dont work :

Ju 87 G Guns
MG 151
Mk 103
BK 5
Yak heavy guns
The new Hurri D guns,but not sure
dont tested the Il2 37mm guns yet

Why is it always about the 50cal smoke tracers ? No one ever asked for UBS smoke tracers. Not forget the tiny little russian MG :lol: ( just kiddin )

Carnage, it's because every player who takes the Jug into the skies, loves her baby!!

She deserves to be given a treat after being left in the cold by Oleg's crew (and the lawsuit didn't help!)

So that's why the .50-cal, treat the lady well and she will always repay your kindness.....now about the humpty dumpty fat squat i16 Russian tub...lol....

I also will never understood why oleg dont give tracer smoke to the 50s.......but I dont want to start this discussion again.

Hmmmm, somebode now knows if the new spirals appears also on the MG 151 ? I mean the today second version

The 151 and some others use a different tracer smoke effect and therefore will not be changed by this mod. Since I didn't make this mod, I don't know anything about where to find it or how to change those.

Hi!

If you and others mean the 3rd one (corkscrew effcct) It's easy to change, I haven't change it because i wanted some variation in trail effects. if you want i can explain how to change it!

Please do explain. As I have already posted, I am all for variation. Many things can be done with the smoke to make several different kinds.

I installed the first version of the MOD, and he added the row TGA, edited by choctaw111.

He discovered that the Italians planes in my game, have lost the trails of the tracer.

Then I installed the new version "white coloured" for Italian aircraft, but nothing has happened, still trails in the tracer.

Any idea why this happens?

you mean your trails are exactly the same as before?

its because there are 3 types of smoke trail for diffreant caliber weapons, thin, medium and large .tga files i think so all of these will need to be modified as well if it is to have an effect on all planes with cannons and tracer rounds.

If you have not enough information abuot somting don't talk so certain abut that!! and don't charge a person with that. you say "... he added the row TGA, edited by choctaw111."

I haven't take "choctaw111" or somebody else tga file because i don't need to do that I can make my own! They (SmokeATrail2.tga and TrailThinMkI.tga) are my own and same tga files too.

I don't know why it doesn't work for you.

Many aircrfts miss the smoke trail effect (ask oleg why?).You can't add trail smoke to to all tracers by their tga files and I think it is against the site rules too to modify weapons and trecer so...
