The password is just bombs. I don't know why he put "password: [color=red]bombs " but i just tried it and bombs works fine. I'll be there at 0100 zulu 8pm central eastern time for sure tonight.

I don't know where you see that... possibly while I had posted the thread, and it was still buggy... (I edited it a few times)

I highlighted it in red, as most people can't be bothered to read a post... although some of the people couldn't seem to understand the complexity of this highly unusually encrypted password, we'll have a simpler password next time... such as... uhm... a

Thanks for a great night guys, 10 B-17 are, after all 10 B-17's now let's see more people on in the future, eh?

Good fun to take them flying in the lag free arena that is the AAA server. We had a good run, a run cut short due to ship objectives completed, and a total failure with total losses minus 2 escort fighters... so all in all an average night

Now that you have built it.....they will come

Yeah, that's for sure Wink

I'd like to point out once again, that this is NOT the place to fool around, and any such behaviour will be met with a zero tolerance and instant kick from future sessions. This is supposed to help newbies and people not familiar with bombers, not scare the sh*t out of them while they're trying to fly in formation.

The player I'm referring to knows what I'm talking about, and it won't be tolerated again, like the previous 2 times.

Thanks
ArcticViper

Yeah I'm getting fed up with his crap, the best way is just not to invite him, my fault.

- ArcticViper - 29.09.2008

Uhm... no, it's not your fault that someone else can't take something seriously.

He'll be given one more chance, if he f*cks around, he'll be kicked, simple as that.

are you guys still flying together? I lost my online virginity last week on the AAA server, bagged me a b17 on my first flight 8) had to land minus my engine though.

I got really excited reading through this thread and the idea of joining a 10 strong B17 formation gives me the horn Confusedhock:

Somebody please PM me if theres room for a rookie

- {HVY}A10inbound - 31.10.2008

- ArcticViper - 04.11.2008

Rookies is basically what we started this for.

I've been busy with life the last few weeks, but I'll have time for this again soon, and I'll happily host this every saturday as well...

I want to learn - _AH_taldrg - 06.11.2008

~S~ I have the mods for the bombers and have been reading about high level bombing and sure would like to learn that is if you will take an old WW II Marine from the First Marine Air Wing 1942-45. That makes me 83 years old but of sound mind and body. Call sign is taildrag.

Thanks: aka TD

- {HVY}A10inbound - 07.11.2008

Taildrag check your PMS

Got my shit working again guys I should be flying soon!!

- {HVY}A10inbound - 09.11.2008

NOTE: If you guys can't stand and/or learn in a harsh swearing environment then this is not for you. We go off the chain on teamspeak, we are worse then a bunch of drunken sailors at a night club.

I have no problem at all bombing with the B-25, but I just tried out the B-17 and B-24 last night and I couldn't hit a thing. Is there something wrong with the Mod?

- {HVY}A10inbound - 27.11.2008

No, it's going to take some used to flying at faster and higher alts while bombing in 4 engine aircraft.

I was flying at exactly the same altitude (3,000') and roughly the same speed (a little over 200 mph). :?

I did several drops with the 24 and 17 and missed every time, but with the 25 the first bomb landed virtually on top of the house I was aiming for.
